Most of my life, I was driven by a fear of failure. I tried my hardest to avoid shame & embarrassment.
As a pediatrician for 15 years, I've had the privilege of watching children and families grow. Despite living during a time of extraordinary access to information, improved safety, and incredible interconnectivity, depression & anxiety are worsening!!! Based on research and clinical practice, the fear of failure can have devastating effects.
Silicon Valley uses sayings like "fail fast and fail often." My goal is to teach children and families how to "FAIL BETTER" to build resilience & success to prepare for an exponential future!
