If the answers to these questions are yes, but you are thinking more about almost everything, which is not very good for your mental state. Because excessive thinking habits will gradually rob you of your peace of mind. After thinking about a normal matter, we can work in our guilt. And when we think it is worse, we waste our precious time thinking.
Suppose you are doing any work. But while doing the work, you are constantly wondering what the job is doing, whether people are thinking about what they will say. Many thoughts, many fears are working on your head that occupy much of your mind. And that's why you might not do your job properly, lack of attention to work. Job results are probably not expected. And gradually this practice leads you to sadness.
But if we can do just five steps correctly, we can get rid of this bad habit. Let's know what those steps are!
First step: Understand your thoughts
Are you thinking too much? Are you thinking negative? At the beginning you will understand the concept of your thoughts.
You might think that's more! But the reality is that we often sink into a lot of negative thoughts without knowing the mind, we can not even catch up until we get completely submerged. So take a moment to review your thoughts. Try to understand the inner world of your head fairly. Observe your thoughts as well as strangers walking on the street, as you observe neutrally. The second step: Diary of thought
Our brain produces about 70,000 thoughts per day. It is not possible for anyone to remember such thoughts. So make a diary to better understand your thinking process, where you can write down your everyday thoughts.

Try to write down the thoughts as soon as you get up. Of course it is not possible to write every small issue. But try to write at least those who are driving you out. Third Step: Meditation
Meditation, which we call yoga in Bengali, is very good for both your body and mind. Meditation will undoubtedly help to shape your thoughts.
To stop thinking too much, you have to give a lot of training to your mind. You have to train your own mind, what should he think, how much should be considered. You will have to build control over your thoughts. When you meditate, you have to concentrate on your full attention on your breathing. It might not be so easy at the beginning. But gradually you will learn to control your attention. Your brain will also learn to pay full attention to the very subtle subject. And when you pay full attention to any matter, you can not think of any additional thoughts in your mind. Do not allow your thoughts to control your life. Rather you learn to control your thoughts. Only then can you reach your goal.
Fourth Step: Attention to Job
Another way to train your brain is to pay full attention to your daily activities and not let the thoughts in your head take away from your attention.
When you're doing, go into that job completely. There is no need to worry about any other. If you have to worry, then before starting the work. Make a plan before doing any work. What to do, how to do, how much time to do all of a paper. So do not think anything else while working. The work is fully paid attention. When the work is done, give all attention to work only. There is nothing else in the world. Start your work with such a mentality without your work
While walking on the road, do not get lost in the thought world and focus on the environment around you. It is normal to turn attention to the other side when doing simple tasks like watching TV or any video. Control your attention and watch the video carefully at all. Try to learn new things alongside everyday activities that will keep you mentally busy, such as driving or trekking, where you are forced to pay full attention. Make your brain stay busy for your real time.
Keep your brain busy. These practices will be used to train your brain. If you want to practice this way day after day it will become a habit for you to see.
The fifth step: control
Another way is to learn to control your unnecessary thoughts as you wish. This is actually a part of training your brain. Whenever a voice in your head tries to grab your attention, then it means that it is only a voice that you are controlling. If you want you can say anything with that voice. And if it is exported then you will get a lot of control over your mind.

Whenever you can see the presence of negative thoughts within your mind, then think about how this idea can be rotated in a good way? How can this idea be used for your benefit? The habit of practicing this little change every day can lead you to a depressing situation rather than a negative reaction.
