The key to making a comeback shown on a KTM 150 2 Stroke!

So you get a great start, your right in the thick of it... bang! You are on the floor.

Nothing most motocross riders would find surprising, not that it makes it any easier to handle. When ever it happens to me i always ride off angry haha whiskey throttle all over the place and have to calm myself down because if you ride angry, you right tense. This means you tire yourself out in about 2 laps you are done haha.

Key is always to stay lose and don't let the red mist drop! You look at the fast guys on the track, they are not the ones blowing out all the corners or one wheeling it down every straight! Take Ryan Dungey for example, he was always smooth, and when watched in isolation... looked slow. Thing is he was fast and fast because he was smooth.

On a two stroke you need to be smooth and carry your momentum through the corners. You will find most two strokes carry the outside line to do this. It allows them to stay at the top end of the revs which is where the power is.

You know what? Let someone who can ride better than me show you exactly how to recover from a stack and ride back into contention on the KTM 150 :)

He managed to get back to 7th! I think i should shut my mouth and get some lessons from him! haha

Have a great day steemers :)

In most sports mental strength is the key to success. Take boxing for example. On the surface it may look like those guys are jsut punching each other in the faces - pretty dumb. But there is so much strategy in it, so much planning and prediction-making. You have to balance your calmness and agressiveness all the time because you can't lose your head and start charging to hard - you will lose energy too fast, and also you can't be too passive or your oppenent will take advantage of you.

Sex also fits into this bracket. Requires more mental strength than most activities if you think about it, if shes fit it takes strength not to release, if shes not to standard it takes strength to say no lol

Nah, sex is more like cryptoworld. Just pump and dump. Then go next.

Unless they say please Sir can i have some more lol

Wise words :)

Exactly!
I used to do a lot of kickboxing (one belt from black) and i always used to tell people "it's not about how hard you can kick or punch! It's about NOT being kicked and punched that really matters. That is where the skill lies."

Oh sh!t that must suck to be in that situation. So many riders taken down but at least one rider wasn't phased. He got back on and started striving to get back to the top which is pretty inspirational to look at. No matter whatever may beat you down, if you are willing to put the effort in and remain calm you can reach greatness.
I'm glad that he could recover and get into 7th place! Absolutely amazing

You need lots of this on the track mate! You need to forget about it and get on with the task! It's very easy to get caught up in 'it's not fair' 'why me' etc... As they say... Suck it up buttercup :D

Everyone was so confused after the crash, they were all scrambling about trying to figure out which bike was theirs.

This guy has some skills, I think his determination and composure got him through. He just waited until everyone got out of the way, got his head in the game and got it done. Good job, I bet he was pleased.

yeah its a real up n down moment when you crash... instinct makes you stand up and check your surroundings.

Agreed though this guy has skills! awesome ride.

magnifique!!!

That's what you call willpower and determination.
When you fall, stand back up! Rinse and repeat.
That's how we live our live our life, we give thanks for the failures because that will make us grow and gives us a room for improvement.

Powerful message to every aspect of life @yukimaru! :)
