As of late at Washougal, privateer Alex Ray was supported by PulpMX (a.k.a. Steve Matthes), and one of the arrangements was that Matthes needed his face on A-Ray's shirt. Beam affirmed, so O'Neal made three pullovers for this uncommon occasion that were the discussion of the pits.
