Stoner: Different MotoGP Now Located in a Racing Style

Casey Stoner still hangs his sustenance on the world of motor racing. As a test and development racer, the former MotoGP twice world champion is still regularly in the iron horse racetrack.

Now Stoner started his work with the Ducati Corse team. As a developer racing driver Desmosedici he must provide concrete data before Jorge Lorenzo and Andrea Dovizioso tested the new motor from the Italian manufacturer.

As he had done while undergoing a closed test at the Sepang International Circuit, some time ago. Stoner was required to feel the development of motor Desmosedici GP 18 Ducati duo to be able to appear more competitive in the MotoGP event this season.

Previously, he had undergone a closed test at Sepang Circuit, Malaysia some time ago. Stoner's testing will be crucial in developing the Desmosedici motor for MotoGP.

"Everyone has been saying for years that the rate is on the rise, but I came back after four years of retirement and had the same round time (best) as when I was a racer I did not see any improvement, lies in driving style.

But, in general MotoGP competitiveness does not increase significantly. Nevertheless, MotoGP competence is always running exciting from year to year.

Furthermore, the driver, known as Kuri-Kuri Boy's nickname, concluded that any competition does not need to take too much risk. This refers to the level of accidents that occurred in the last season in which Marc Marquez was recorded as the second driver with the highest number of accidents in a single season.

"It always has to do with how you fit your racing style, your motor and your electronic device," Stoner said.

"I can still run the same time round with much smaller risk, so I think there is a way to be fast without risking too much." There are riders who can win without doing like Marquez, "he explained.
