Zarco: I Want to Look Maximum in MotoGP 2018

TAVULLIA - Yamaha Tech 3 Monster Team rider, Johann Zarco says he wants to perform optimally in 2018 MotoGP. He also claimed would appear confident even though it is a rider of the satellite team.

Zarco said he would use the motor with a new version of Yamaha. He conveyed will demonstrate the ability to the maximum and competitive during a season of race progresses.

Furthermore, Zarco is targeting to be close to the ranks of the final three of the 2018 MotoGP final standings. The 27-year-old rider calls himself to maximize the potential of his ride on the track.

"Tech 3 is a Yamaha satellite team that always uses the motor from the previous year. So, this season I will use the 2017 version of the M1, "said Zarco, as reported by Motorsport, Saturday (13/1/2018).

"If I am smart and make the most of the potential of the bike, I will not be far from the top three in the championship. That's my target, "he explained.

Zarco is ranked sixth in the 2017 MotoGP final standings with 174 points. He has three podiums from a total of 18 races. The French rider was runner-up in Grand Prix (GP) France and Valencia. He also managed to finish third in the GP Malaysia.

The rest, Zarco was once unable to gain points because failed to finish in the Grand Prix of Qatar. He finished the race in several other series, namely Argentina GP (position 5), United States (5), Spain (4), Italy (7), Catalunya (5), Netherlands (14), Germany (9), Czech Republic 12), Austria (5), United Kingdom (6), San Marino (15), Aragon (9), Japan (8), and Australia (4).
