It's not a Harley, and it's a street version of a flat track bike where all they do is lean all race so I don't know if your comment could be more wrong if you tried :)

It was tongue in cheek so to speak, so yep, intended to sound wrong, it does though still look like a car engine stuffed into a frame, with a rear swing arm from the 1980's :-)
