Mountain Monday 3-4-19

Mt Spurr Alaska

On Jan. 15th this year we went down to a near frozen beach area by the cannery for some sunset shots. I did get a few nice shots on that day, and a couple of Mt Spurr. Being much further North than the mountains directly across from us, (Redoubt), it remained in the sunlight for a bit of time. The picture is somewhat over exposed but still I think it is a pretty decent shot of the Mountain. First image here is just cropped and resized with no other playing around with the picture.

The picture below in the frame is the original uncropped version of above, only greatly played with in the paint/photo program I have. Two programs used one for most of the photo editing and framing, the other for adding the words, and changing the color of the initial background frame.

I kind of like the way the framing and futzing with the picture came out. Well that concludes this monday's effort at a Mountain Monday.
