MOVECO DATA CONTIBUTION PROTOCOL AND DYNAMICS

Moveco Data Contribution Protocol (MDCP) is a reward mechanism for the users who contribute their mobility data to the system. The concept of MDCP is similar to the mining concept of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin in a way that users can earn MOV tokens at a regular time interval. By design, 60% of the total MOV token supply (equivalent to 600 million MOV) will be reserved for the rewarding pool. Block time is initially set at 86,400 seconds (24 hours) and block reward at 60,000 MOV with a tiering structure subject to the nature of the data. The intention of the tiering reward structure is to incentivize users to procure higher end sensor equipment and devices that would help Moveco to collect more valuable data to push for autonomous driving and a safer future.
