Under the manipulative movements, heading is one of the movement that is manipulative in nature. It is manipulative in the sense that the player focuses on the ball, with the head especially forehead facing the direction of the ball with the head making the necessary impact. When making contact with the ball, thrust the forehead forward sharply. Follow through with the body, bending the elbows back to help add more bit (power) to the header.
