So, in anticipation towards Marvel cinematic universe greatest movie of our dispensation, I being a huge fan of Marvel Cinematic, had some questions of Avengers: Infinity Wars.

Questions like: what makes Thanos the baddest Avengers villain? Why did he want the infinity stones? What are the infinity stones?

In my search for answers I discovered some intresting facts that will want you to see Avengers: infinity wars

Who is Thanos?

Though not much is known about him than his unquenching thirst to weild the six infinty stones as seen in the Infinity Wars trailer

In the Marvel Comics, Thanos is known as the ultimate world destroyer, He is also the Mad Titan. He enjoys wrecking planets for a living.

He is known to be in an affair with the Goddess of Death (could Thor's sister) and she feels the amount of living souls is more than the the dead ones causing what she calls a Cosmic Imbalance. She employed Thanos to destroy half the universe.

Thanos is fierce and brutal, he is a superhero killer, it makes killing superheroes looks easy. He probably will end some more superheroes lives(if not all of it) in Infinity Wars. To achieve this task, he needs the six infinity stones.

What are the 6 infinty stones?

The Infinity Stones are six known as “ingots” of immense power.

In 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy, the blond Collector explains to the Guardians why these stones are such a big deal.

Oh, my new friends, he says; before creation itself, there were six singularities, then the universe exploded into existence and the remnants of this system were forged into concentrated ingots ... Infinity Stones. He who posses these six stones possess an uparalled omnipotence.

Each one of these stones has the ability to enhance the ability of whoever wields it. The Mind stone will enhance the telepathic abilities of telepaths).

Tesseract (Space Stone)

This stone was first revealed in Captain America: the first Avenger. It enables intergalactic travel, ability to travel through planets and realms.

Aether (Reality Stone)

This Gem allows its whoever weilds it to alter reality. It first appearance was in Thor: Dark World

Orb (Power Stone)

The Power Gem yields immeasurable power to whoever possesses it. Appeared in The first Guardians of Galaxy.

Loki's Scepter / Vision (Mind Stone)

the Mind Gem enhances the mental capabilities of whoever possesses it and this sometimes result in augmented telepathy and telekinesis.

The Soul Gem though n motion picture appearance yet but according to Marvel it allows its bearer to absorb or trap souls
