A Star Is Born - Review

A Star Is Born tells the story of Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper), a country singer who discovers a talented girl named Ally (Lady Gaga) and tries to show her talent to the world.

This film is Bradley's debut as a director and he really did a great job with this adaptation. It is divided into three acts: The rise to fame, the dark side of it and tragedy.

Bradley's performance is really outstanding. You can feel his pain and grief in every scene. Without a doubt, it will be one of his most memorable roles.

On Gaga's side, this is her debut as a movie star and she really exceeded expectations. She may have been able to put aside the star she already is and personify this insecure girl who conveys so many emotions through her songs. Her talent for acting is undeniable and we can expect great things from her in the world of films.

The chemistry between them is really incredible. In every love scene, even those that show the crudest and most painful part of it, the emotions feel so real that they cross the screen.

The soundtrack of this movie is one of the things that is absolutely necessary to highlight. Between rock, country and pop, each song tells a powerful story that makes you connect even more with the scenes. It's just a work of art.

This movie is really captivating, exciting and real. It will be huge and we can expect a few nominations for it at the Oscars.
