I think people need to know the greatness of animation. Especially Disney. I would like to ask you if you saw Jutopia during this semester when a professor said Disney regenerates conservative values. It is such a masterpiece. I'm sure it was made for adults in mind rather than children. There are messages and humor that are deep in adults. I'll write about it, including the spoiler, because there are so many things I'd like to talk about.

There are already many articles analyzing the movie. Because the message was enormous. The message is "Anyone can be anything". A fox can want to be an elephant and a rabbit can be a police. However, Zootopia doesn't seem like Utopia. Judy's room is shabby and the neighbors are unfriendly. She is not judged by her ability at work and is discriminated. The story takes place in this ironic named place.

Judy fights against this prejudice and discrimination. At least, she thought. For the first time, Judy was shocked by the "Naturalism Club". When Judy sees a camel, a club owner who is taking off his clothes, she freak out. The animals are all taking off in a very "natural" way. While the audience is comfortable watching the animals, Judy is uncomfortable in the movie. It was a truly brilliant idea. Nietzsche once said,

Beware that, when fighting monsters, you yourself do not become a monster.

Judy's fight throughout the movie is a preconceived notion, but it is also her own. It is constantly happening to overcome this. Animals are properly personified and matched with real people's jobs, and the climax of the match is Slotting Officials. In Zootopia, the ironic sloth "Flash" reveals the name of anyone who can be anything. But Judy complains about being slow again.

While investigating the case, the bears are caught in Mr. Big's area and are in danger. Judy and the audience think the polar bear is Mr. Big again. But then again the prejudice breaks up.

Nick & Judy will win if you give something like the Best Couple prize at the awards ceremony. Chemistry from both characters explodes. The process of first meeting, conflict and reconciliation is perfect. The conflict between the two makes the movie naturally peaked. Nick is a character who was biased, not like Judy. He lives by giving up rather than trying to get out of prejudice. He then meets Judy, who wants to break prejudices. But Judy also had a prejudice and hurt Nick's openness. Judy finally admits she was biased and apologizes to Nick. Acknowledging that you had a preconceived notion seems to be the first step in breaking it. Nick thus breaks Judy's preconceived notions. By letting know a final villain in the end, moive wakes up the biased audience once again and finishes the movie.

Outside of the story, there are so many good things. First of all, music is Disney. It is hardly necessary to mention further. Shakira's "Try Everything" is also associated with the movie's message. And the video. In particular, it has a lot of fur as it is used as a character, and each coat is delicate. The film is colorful and captures the atmosphere of Zootopia well.

The general comment is "The Big Bang of Imagination". Every media has its own intention. Words, music, pictures, anything. But I think the most influential media among them is the movie. First, it makes the people who are sending the messages empathize and empathize with the characters. And at one point, the character is startled when they make a mistake. Maybe I'm doing that mistake. If there is someone I haven't seen yet, I'd rather watch it. Those who still think Disney is reproducing its conservative values will break the "preconceived notions".
