Here We Go Again

It seems the poor Predator is starting to become like Jason from Friday the 13th, Hollywood just won't let this one die.

I don't even think I can keep track of how many times they resurrect this poor bastard, and if you're not all too familiar with the story, it doesn't get any easier. There is no actual sequence of events, it sort of all over the place. The first two films were pretty awesome, scared the hell out of me as a kid, they were great movies for their time. Then they decided to face the Predator off against the Alien, the idea in theory was great but it just didn't work that well on the screen, bigger better and badder is not always the best. The concept of the last movie in the series named Predators was fantastic, and this time they put some good actors in the mix like Adrien Brody and Laurence Fishburne.

I'm rather skeptical about this new one coming, especially when I don't really see any big names. Did all the seasoned actors read the script and say no thanks it's just horrible, or was there no budget to afford some heavy hitters? This is one of those films I'll patently wait for until I can watch it online somewhere, no cinema for you.

This Predator sequel gets a 7/10
