Fantasy from he 80's - Conan - The Barbarian

This movie is from 1982, the year I was born. Warning! Conan is a movie for men! Violent, bloody and cruel.

Back then Schwarzenegger was young and strong, between two Mr. Olympias, and this role was the best choice for his character and made him name in the action world.

He was just a bodybuilder and a young actor, but his determination lead him forward to roles like Kindergarden cop and Jingle all the way.

Ok, we don't like him for these ones.

It seemed as a good joke from Stallone in the Demolition Man, when he reflected on a library in the near future, named after a previous president, Schwarzenegger. How accurate it was?
Conan is a sci-fi fantasy,but actually a revenge movie, where our star chases down Doom, who killed his family
and destroyed his village and tribe, the Cimmerians.
The world of Hyboria is based on the works of pulp-fiction writer Robert E. Howard from the 1930s.

Mr Govrnr got $250.000 for this movie and most part was filmed in Spain, they spent more than 3 hundred grand on the set buildings.
It had a sequel, Conan, the Destroyer and there was a minor role for Conan in Red Sonja as well.
I like these kind of movies, so I recommend it with beer.
