Spider-Man: Homecoming is just days away from being released worldwide, and the beloved superhero's first proper outing in the MCU has finally started screening for press.
Though formal reviews are embargoed until June 29th, Marvel Studios has allowed critics to tweet their social media impressions, and what a relief it is that they're largely highly positive.
While it's always smart to be wary of pre-release reactions, these opinions are nevertheless from verified Twitter film critics and journalists rather than overzealous fan screening attendees, so they're far more likely to be indicative of how good the movie really is.
I hope Sony let's Marvel do their thing.
