"Vietnamese girl gone wide" tells the story of Hai Quy who grows up in unhappiness - her mother has left since she was young and her father has married a new wife.
Despite being treated badly by the cruel step-mother, Hai Quy is still a good-hearted girl who is hard-working in learning and loved by friends.
Unfortunately, after being slandered as a robber and an unscrupulous student by a teacher, she feels deeply depressed.
However, her friends are always by her side and determined to find out the truth to help Hai Quy believe in life and keep moving forward.
