I like this movie.
I had a chance to watch the show when it was on but avoided it because I didn't really care, even though friends told me to check it out.
Then the movie came out, I watched it and had to go find the show because it was worth it.
Know what? The show was good too.
Do I recommend it if you plan to watch the show...
Watch the show first and then the movie because you'll like them both.
If you don't plan to see the show... the movie works on its own so you can watch it.
A fine show, one of the best sci-fi shows for sure. I agree with you that people should watch the show first.
