I am with you on this for the most part. The genre has been stale for me for a while. It has to be done right though or it can feel forced. I wouldn't mind if they started writing them more like epic heroes who are more flawed and make major and costly mistakes.

    Yeah, a lot can be drawn out from this genre. It will be particularly good as a TV series. There's going to be unlimited material.
