this film contains slapstick humor in every typical stephen Chow film. if you often watch stephen chow movies in the 90s, you will find the same humor in each scene.
I think this film is quite successful and entertaining.
Stephen Chow proved to be making films with similar humor, namely CJ7, Kung Fu Hustle and Mermaid.
