There was a second Jamaican bobsled team in Sochi, a two man. They could definetely make a Jamaican bobsled movie where they go to Russia, there are some significant cultural differences to play on but those things aren't supposed to be funny anymore. I don't think Disney would get away with a movie like that nowadays.
