The infinity stones. Avengers infinity wars

So I'll try to make this post as spoiler free as possible.
If you've seen the avengers infinity war movie, then you probably already know about the infinity gems. 6 different gems created during the big bang that has complete control over certain components of our cosmos.
First the reality gem. Able to alter reality and manipulate reality as the user sees fit
The power gem provides Unlimited power.
The soul gem gives knowledge about every lifeform in the galaxy.
The time gem manipulates the concept of time..
These 4 gems were only used in the movie.
