Bill and Ted'S Bogus Adventure: an even larger waste of timesteemCreated with Sketch.

The first opus of the series was overall uninteresting, but at least it didn't take itself seriously. In the sequel, the formula is stretched thinner than a sheet of gold.

Somewhere in the 26th century, Bill and Ted's world is under trouble, as an evil dictator wants to completely change the world to his image. So he makes robotic versions of Bill and Ted to kill the original ones, and then make a history-chaning speech.

The only redeeming quality to this movie is Death. His witty retorts and sarcasm are what saves the movie, especially during the "challenge. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing worthy of mention. The gags fall flat, the language is quite outdated and (for lack of a better word) offensive and Keanu Reeve's talent is utterly wasted. Even the Ouija scene is too over-the-top to even make you smile.

In short, run in the other direction from this movie. It's an absolute waste of time and an insult to intelligence.

Final rating: 2/5 (the headlines at the very end were well thought of)

There is just one scene I like in this film and that is when Death tells the duo to "drop and give me infinity!" and they try, then look at each other and say "dude, there's no chance we can do that many pushups" and Ted suggests "maybe if we do them girly-style!"

but yeah, I agree. This movie and the popular one before it are both a waste of time. I haven't seen the more recent one but I hear it is just as bad.
