Ant-Man and the WASP comes out on 6 July, 2018, shortly after Avengers: Infinity War. However, according to the official synopsis the movie will take place after Captain America: Civil War.
Here is the official synopsis for the movie:
"From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes Ant-Man and The Wasp, a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink. In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a super hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside the Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from the past."
This looks like it confirms everyone's speculation about that particular secret from the past.

Paul Rudd' Ant-Man looks like himself, but the Evangeline Lilly' WASP looks bad. I don't like the design of her suit at all. Where are her wings? This looks nothing like the comics. Also, the suit at the end of the previous movie looked much better. This is how it looked like:
colorful, with wings, and it had a cute look. I am not liking this look from the WASP at all. Let's hope her role in the movie will be good enough to distract us from her suit. What do you think about the WASP's costume and the synopsis?

I'm surprised how excited I am by this post/movie!
For the wings, I think in the comics, Wasp's wings only come out when she's shrunk down, so we'll have to see, but the colors are a bit muted compared to the static suit in the first movie.
