The wait is finally over. The most anticipated movie of my generation came out and I was eager to see it. It took the Pixar studios 14 freaking years to make the second part but it was truly incredible.

I had a bet with my friends that whether the movie would start from the end scene of incredibles or not. The trailers didn't mention the epic scene of the Underminer. I won free popcorns and drink. The movie was worth the wait and better than my expectations. It was just nostalgic in every sense and made me feel old. I sat beside a 3rd grade kid and asked him whether he had seen the first part. The reply was a quick no to which I said that the first part came when I was in 2nd grade. The kid literally took a look at me from to bottom and was shocked, while I was laughing my pants off.

The second part particularly focused on the bonding of the Incrediblea family and the revival of the law to bring back superheroes. It also showed that a dad can take care of the house while the mom does her job which is exactly what yhe 21st century is about. Plus Jack Jack's abilities were completely awesome. All in all it was perfect.

Wow, it as been that long? I watched the first and loved it, but I don't remember the plot anymore. Maybe I'll watch it with my daughter on Netflix or something first, before going to see the new one!

I felt like you could see how Pixar and CG animation evolved inbetween that time period in this movie. Like the new characters looked different from the old ones. Not a complaint on my part, but an observation. I kinda want watch the original again and see how it stacks up to the sequel.

My daughter went and saw this last night. I am hoping to be able to go and see it soon. I am glad that it is living up to the the expectations. The first one was amazing.
