Hey there Steemians!
I was thinking about doing a "Best Movie I Watched" sort of thing, where I talk about movies I've watched during the past month and tell you guys about my favorite.
That I can remember, I watched at least four, but probably more like five or six.
I watched John Wick, John Wick 2, Driving Miss Daisy (first time seeing it), and Fried Green Tomatoes (not the first time I'd seen it, but it had been at least 10 years since I last saw it.)
The John Wick movies are kind of cool, and I was entertained watching them, but I feel like there is almost too much action in them. Driving Miss Daisy was a close #2. Morgan Freeman did a great job in that movie, and so did the lady playing Miss Daisy. Oh, can't forget Dan Aykroyd.
I can't really think of any others that I watched, but I would have to say that Fried Green Tomatoes was my favorite of June 2017.
It's kind of like one of those stories within a story movies, like Forrest Gump, or Big Fish. It's also the film adaptation of the book.

It's a story of 1920s-ish Alabama (and sometimes Georgia). A lady who was visiting her mother-in-law (Kathy Bates) bumps into an old lady in a retirement center and begins talking with her.
The old lady tells a story of the old days. She tells of a young girl who opens up a restaurant with a family friend called the Whistle Stop Cafe. The film deals in such themes as prejudice, poverty, death, love, and courage.
If I go into to much more detail, I would give a lot of spoilers away. This movie is older, it's from 1991. When I was younger I watched it and probably didn't think much of it because I wasn't into movies like this, but it's definitely in my top 50 movies now.

So, anyways, that's my top movie I saw in June 2017.
Maybe I'll get to watch some good ones in July and tell you about them in August!
Thanks for stopping by!
