What is honesty?

This is where the fun begins. Part of gaining the respect from peers comes from their beliefs of how honest you are. Honest is not just something to portray. There should be a deep focus on being as truthful and honest as you possibly can. Honesty is radiant. Deception is at a minimal when others respect your honesty.

Depending on the situation neither the former or the ladder would actually matter. What honesty is or should be are two different things. The fact of the matter is the potential of using both methods as effectively as possible.

When doing business honesty is important. Your name will depend on this variable. The truth is no one wants to do business with anyone that cannot be trust. To receive a firm handshake and a verbal agreement relies on the honesty of how you hold operations. It's important to be able to be able to honor the agreements gain through your works.
