Preacher Curl (35 lbs): 5 reps. This set was with the machine. It didn't seem right though.
Preacher Curl (70 lbs): 5 reps. Still at the machine, this was me trying to see if maybe this would be closer to the level of difficulty I'm used to from 35 lb dumbbells. Closer, definitely. Just not...it.
Preacher Curl (35 lbs): This one was me hunched over a bench at high altitude and doing it the way I've seen it done before. Much better. 5 reps per arm.

Shrugs (185 lbs): 10 reps.
I stand by what I said last week. I ultimately decided to stop at 10, but I definitely had more in me.
Fingertip Pushups: 20 reps.
About a month or two ago, I was dropping public nods to the notion of doing two sets of 30 with maximum weight for the machines (170) left and right.
Well, I finally decided to just do it.
For tonight's musics, I ultimately decided to go with a song for a show that I am next to completely ignorant about. "The Boondocks" theme by metaphor the great. Enjoys. :D
