Sambil menunggu untuk berbuka puasa, jom kenali salah satu kuih dari Pantai Timur, bukan dari Kelantan sahaja.
Bagi yang belum mengenali Nekbat, rupanya memang seperti kuih bahulu.
Tetapi Nekbat rasenya tawar. Jadi sebab itu ia direndam dalam air gula atau gula merah.
Bagi penduduk Pantai Timur, Nekbat adalah salah satu hidangan yang enak.
