If you wish to enroll for the free MOOC, there is no prerequisite and no prior knowledge of programming required. For students who wish to continue for the MSc, then a Bachelor degree is required. Read more about admissions here

In regards to the scholarships, they are awarded to students based on a variety of factors (such as achieving top marks in the exam of DFIN-511, exceptional accomplishments and more)
