Making steemit better for Minnows

Steemit is a wonderful community, with numerous creative and mind blowing activity going on.
Steemit community right now is compared to non, please if u see any comparable to it, you can chat me up. Its already a fastest growing community here in my country(Nigeria), that you get to here people discussing about even in a public transport. To my greatest supprise a steemit meetup/get together was organised by some steemians in Port Harcourt branch(uniport) and the turn out was something to behold. The testimonies from people were encouraging and inspirational

But, i still believe this community can get much more better, i don't believe this is its peak. Steemit can offer much more than its already done.
But the question is how?

1. Minnows: these are the people i call the chick and mouth piece of steemit....we are naive but we can blow our trumpet when we are rewarded even for a little task as upload a meme. We blow our trumpet for people to hear and bring more people. For a fact that we want to also make it like, pfunk, luzcypher.....we tend to put more effort than people who had already make it.
   2.More Contest: there should be more contest especially for minnows.
   3.More Upvotes: there should be more upvotes allocated to each post from minnows
   4.More Education on steemit rules and guide line and a means to retrive and regenerate a password when lost.
