In the war on microbes, we have been seriously outsmarted.
While we slept, they were reading Sun Tzu's Art of War.
I was watching a great TV series last night called "Barbarians Rising" about the eventual Roman Empire downfall causes by the "barbarians", ignited by a kick-ass English warrior queen who I had not heard of before by the name of Boudicca.
She eventually lost and paid with her life, because the barbarians were still learning how to successfully fight a much more powerful, well-equipped, highly trained fighting force.
The microbes have learnt from Boudicca. They don't assault a larger more powerful foe head on. They sabotage our infrastructure.
They destroy the mitochondria that provides our immune system with energy to run. No immune system....they have won the war already.
That's why I write so much about black seed oil to dissolve biofilms, stress activated nutrient foods to assist our immune systems and mitochondrial repair.
It's these microbes...the persistently active viruses, the microfilaria (microscopic worms), mycoplasmas, chlamydias, fungi and parasites that have now been unequivocally demonstrated to be the root cause of many chronic diseases- particularly autoimmune, arthritis and chronic neurological disease.
The latest evidence reveals that microscopic worms are the vector that is introducing bacteria like borrelia and mycoplasma into brains and resulting in multiple sclerosis and Alzheimers disease.
I will be writing about the ways to protect us from this stealth invasion.
Learn from Boudicca.
Learn from Sun Tzu.
Learn from the eventual fall of the Roman Empire,
"He also spoke of an ancient Celtic queen named Boudicca who brought Rome to her knees and burned London to the ground. He oft said that a woman was far more deadly as an enemy than a man, because men lead with their heads and women with their hearts. You can argue and win against another's head, but never against her heart."
