treatment with mummies

in mumy •  7 years ago

Mummies are believed to be a source of medicine that helps overcome bruising, dizziness, pain, nosebleeds, epilepsy, and others.

Such practices are quite out in Europe in the 16th and 17th centuries. Mummies are sold as mummia and finely mashed for later added to the drink or applied to the skin.

Human fats and blood are used as medicine. Fresh is certainly better, except for the mummy that is supposed to have special properties because it is so durable.
