April 11: the cryptocurrency markets are green today, with Ethereum (ETH) more comfortably above $ 400 and Bitcoin (BTC) close to $ 7,000, according to data from Coin360.
ETH has risen almost 6 percent in a 24-hour period, trading at around $ 420 until the close of this edition
BTC is quoted at around $ 6,954, up 3 percent in a 24-hour period until the close of this edition. The Bitcoin domain is slightly lower, around 43.5 percent, according to data from CoinMarketCap.
Of the ten main currencies listed in CoinMarketCap, EOS is by far the most -more than 20 percent in a 24-hour period at the close of this edition- currently quoted at around $ 7.2. The price jump of EOS could be attributed to the recent announcement of the preliminary version of the EOIS Blockchain Dawn 3.0 platform on April 6.
The total capitalization of the market is around $ 270 billion per press hour, below the month's maximum of $ 283 billion on April 3, but above the start to the month's minimum of $ 243 billion.
The declaration of support from the European Commission for the innovation of Blockchain yesterday, and the creation of a European Blockchain association formed by 22 countries, are great recent achievements for the adoption of Blockchain that could keep the prices of BTC and ETH close to $ 7 000 and $ 400, respectively.
