데친 뿔소라를 뜨거운 물에 30초 정도 데친 쪽파로 부드럽게 감싸준 오늘 밤의 맥주 안주 "쪽파로 감싼 뿔소라 숙회(Murex with shallots)"
초고추장에 살짝 찍어서 먹으면 늦은 밤에 먹어도 다음 날 부담이 덜해요^^
