So it’s almost 2 weeks gone I did three workouts off 4 for this week and tonight I need to do my shoulders and my triceps so I wanted to talk how much actually stress/anxiety everything is not so good for the training so as you know I’m studying, my exam is only less than a week away so I’m feeling really stressed anxious I don’t have enough time etc so my brain is really tired and all he can think about is actually the exam but that is the other story I will talk about Getting the concentration and doing under the pressure so
I did training yesterday and I did with real good weights so I did brake on my record but I was so out of mind, I was doing the exercise but not feeling the muscle and on Monday when I did only leg workout I was really feeling the muscles next day I actually didn’t have sore muscles at all I was just feeling a little bit tired but yesterday I wasn’t feeling that much of the muscle specially when it comes to hamstrings and butt but I was definitely feeling my legs because I actually I mainly wanted to train another story another feeling but I woke up this morning sore from the stomach down not with my stomach I didn’t train the core but I need to tonight, today sore my legs sore my hamstring sore my but and I was like I didn’t do well I mean I did record with weights but I wasn’t just feeling the exercises I was not in the mood I was not doing the 100th percentage of the movement I am completely sore and you know my muscles are like you did good so it’s really fun funny how it’s and how I was in my own head but didn’t realize how much actually I used muscles it’s it’s really funny story so yeah I am for now feeling good and I am a pleased with how it’s going I’m still under you know a lot of anxiety so I can do to 100% you know defecation into it but I will after takes him stops but I am really really proud of how it all going

So as you know I’m not that much of a sweet lover but I can have the sweet tooth and eat a lot of sweets but only sweets I like is you know absolutely unhealthy so actually the protein bars don’t like , all have the same you know texture and it’s just not working out for me but I found this chocolate, actually Sanja found it, and I like it it is not about the texture it is crunchy etc but it is just too sweet so yeah I bought it and I was really struggling with it and trying to eat it but I ate it and it is the best of all the protein chocolate that I ate
