My name is Stano and I'm 31. I'm a big fan of crossfit, streetworkout and calisthenics. As steemit starts you too can start to transform your body. I will periodically post excercises which you can do in front of your computer at home.

If you're ready we can start our first excercise! Do all the excercises after each other:
  1. deep squats - 10 reps
  2. push-ups. - 10 reps
  3. V-ups. -10 reps
after these excercises take a 30 seconds rest After rest repeat excercises for 10 rounds. Later I will upload some videos. Thank you Stano
