I have asked Sylvia, Sappho and the Muses,
that they allow me, for a moment, to possess them;
I want their help in this delirious stage,
in this unexpected turn of my path,
They, who have tasted the bitter grapes of which the poet speaks,
They, will know how to guide me out of this trance,
I do not want to sink into this deep abyss,
in this swamp that a sigh of moon has taken me,
You, who possess a millennial wisdom,
They have to protect my irreparable soul,
who no longer admits sorceress's advice,
so that it does not fall back into the deceptive networks
that weaves the scammer feeling,
that serves as a portal to oblivion.
thanks a lot for reading me... this an exercise that i made back in college. the image is from pinterest and it was painted by Theodore Chasseriau - Sappho, 1848
