From the field to the table

A walk through the countryside with a great result, which we will then taste at the table accompanied by a good glass of wine.

After our walk through the pine forest, we find the niscalos, which is a type of mushroom of great flavor and that serves as a single dish or as an accompaniment to any meat or fish.

We decided to take them as an appetizer grilled echos with little oil, garlic and parsley and some piquillo peppers as decoration of the dish.
