New York musician, multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter Josh Jacobson grew up in a very musical family. He was fascinated by jazz, r'n'b and soul music since childhood. Thanks to his passion for dance electronics, he created a unique style that English-speaking commentators describe as "Justin Timberlake-met-The Weeknd". But I think that better for him the comparison with the growing popularity of the Australian future bass, in which are increasingly being heard not the trap bits, but the rhythms inherent in deep house music.
The artist released recently a very good mini-album "First Light" on his own label Joshua Tree Records and it's been a couple of months since he's been on a large-scale tour of the United States. I hope that during the concerts Josh will get new sensations and please new tracks that are more interesting.
