Exactly... well not exactly, but close. Time is the fourth dimension, like the other three dimensions of space. If you could step outside of time, for example, by observing from the fifth dimension, the movement of the planets around the sun would form solid rings. We move through time. Time doesn't move, except through the fifth and other dimensions. Time is also effected by gravity. This is known. Without this knowledge GPS would not work.

Gravity IS magnetism ! Only things with Mass (gravity) experience "time". There is no 4th - 5th dimension, only Point,Line,Circle,Sphere. "time" isn't a dimension its a measurement of magnitude.
