I don't normally like XXXTENTACION but his older music resonates with me

I'm not usually a fan of XXXTENTACION, in fact, in the past I've often bashed him and said how I thought he was contributing to the reason Rap music is changing for the worst, but for some reason his older music really resonates with me.
