for today's #RockClassics & #Metalweekend, the tags by @uwelang and @detlev, I want to go back in time, 20 years ago, when one my favourite bands, Metallica received a new bass player, Robert Trujillo.
He replaced Jason Newsted, who left the band, because he wanted to take care of another musical project. Trujillo was known in the metal field, playing for Suicidal Tendencies nd for Ozzy Osbourne.
It was not a bad choice, and I like that he is with them. Hope that they pool some new awesome albums in the near future.
