I have heard this ever since my mom now passed at age 99.
And a great story about an early business my Aunt Adel started with 3 things

1. 200.00 cash
2. One month rent paid
3. Clean out your closet and put all into your new business. this is what my Uncle Wally to my aunt. She started a business titled Dales Swap Shop in Amherst NY, later in years she retired a millionaire and moved to Florida.
4. It’s a story you here year after year , but the negative story to this is 99 out of a 100 businesses fail. Why is that because the person does not create a business plan to put into action in the beginning.
5. Another big factor is they don’t create an advertising budget , to launch the business.
6. A person must spend 15% of all money made to advertise their business.
7. Today the internet gives a great advantage to new entrepreneurs, and AI also helped them to have virtual assistant.
8. Today the business world works on 2 main things, shipping and ways to purchase goods and services via internet and aps.
9. Trucks to deliver the goods that people purchase on line.
10. Today’s market is 98 percent selling via video , on sites like You tube, and social media twitter,Instagram and more.
11. Payment is done via PayPal and other exchanges with electronic payments.
12. Banks use merchant accounts to process payments of online shoppers and goods are shipped from all over the world.
13. Now you have an overview of the business today. Next post will include the future of Music.
    

Now today only 2 days to my 77 birthday I’m cleaning out my home in Amherst New York. That’s a suburb of Buffalo NY 15226.
And starting a year sale, hoping to do the same as my aunt , to get rid of all things. Remember like the artical states “one mans trash is another mans. Or woman’s treasure.

I have all sorts of items to many to list, subject Christmas items and bowling balls.

All types of eletronics from cameras to hard drives
1 terribit to a 6 I loaded all smaller ones on.

So many items. And people are stopping and buying before I have put up on sign. I just loaded stuff on top of tables and people are coming. Now I decided to put this on steemit.
