"Let her/it go" is about 1) humans leaving a certain, pretty destroyed planet (probably referring to our earth) and it aint easy too leave this planet behind, all those memories... just Let It Go; and 2) a boy who just became single again but he 'aint sure' if he really wants her back or not, thus he should just Let Her Go.
