Serenade

By Silverio Armando Linares Torres

Happy week for everybody! On this occasion he made this post as an entry for the Top 10 Challenge of Radio Steemit this week, which consists of choosing a song that reminds you of someone. In my case, I will take advantage of presenting a code that I made for the Open Mic contest, dedicated to my beautiful wife, the user @zorajr.

This piece is called "Serenade", that's why I do not only dedicate it to her, but I sing it to her, besides, she accompanies me on the guitar. The song is by Manuel Esperón and Ernesto Cortázar and is performed by Danny Rivera, who presented it on the Serenata album of 1979.

This video is presented as a collaboration for the 91st week of the Open Mic and was recorded with a Blue Dash L3 by the user @alinares. The image was edited by my son @jesuslnrs with the PhotoDirector 2018 application. I hope you like it:

Serenade

Woman opens your window
so you can hear my voice
He who loves you is singing to you
with God's permission.

Because the night is dark
and here there is no light
with your divine beauty
You illuminate all of you
with your divine beauty
You illuminate all of you.

I swore to you that neither the sun
the moon or the stars
all of them
Illuminate like you

You enlightened my life
why dear woman
He sang to you tonight blue
that's why I come to steal you
a rayito of your light.
