This is my first post on steemit!
To start with I want to look at one of my favorite eras in music. African funk from the 60's and 70's. I originally discovered this music through a German record digger who would take trips to Africa and look for old funk records, Voodoo Funk. Here are a few of my favorite mixes of his. Syliphone, Two hours of Afro Funk!, and Mede Woui. He has a ton of other stuff worth exploring though some of it gets a bit too disco for my taste.
