For a long time I have had insomnia and it takes me a while to get to sleep at night so I usually listen to some music that relaxes and calms me. I also suffer from a panic disorder and often get panic attacks, which can sometimes be stopped by listening to calming music. strongly reminds me OF a song, now I have got it almost better, you can listen to Sakura iro AUN J in the evening to fall asleep, and to Olympic in the morning to jump up awake, like a kid, like I am kidding :-)
