I look back at the era of music he was in and what he wrote and tbh it was never for me. I do get the appeal though. He was a good looking guy and charismatic. His performance on MTV unplugged was iconic. His music may not of been my taste but he certainly was a star. Hard to imagine looking outside in the struggles he must of had.
