Music Challenge, Day 3: A Song That Reminds Me of My Dad

Anyone who knows my dad would be surprised that this is one of his favorite songs. He generally does not enjoy speculating on the downward spiral of civilization. He's too optimistic. I have always appreciated this song because it reminds me that somewhere, deep down, my dad still retains a small spark of the youthful idealism and skepticism that made this dystopic song relatable when he was 16.
